The House is divided as follows:
Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room with basin, shower room with basin, separate toilet.
First floor: Bathroom (shower over bath) with toilet and basin, 4 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft 3in bed), 1 double , 1 twin room, 1 adult bunk bed.
Facilities :Electric heating, wood-burner in lounge, colour TV, video, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, highchair, cot and cot/bed.
Outside : Enclosed private lawned garden and secluded courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking (up to 6 cars).
